Fall Pillows Thrifty Style

I love thrift store shopping, especially around the fall and winter times. I love picking up sweaters and pillows at the thrift stores and making pillows out of them.

Here's what I got, three pillows and three sweaters. Two of the pillows had zippered cases so I just slipped them off and used them on other pillows I had.

I didn't do a tutorial on them because there are some many out there. Here's how they turned out.

Those other three on the left I made two of them last year. Now my couch is set for fall pillows.

Ruffled Lamp Shade

Well since I made a burlap kitchen sink skirt here, I wanted my lamp shade to match. I knew I had some more burlap around the house, and I had this post here saved on my DIY projects bookmarks.

Burlap Curtains

I have been wanting burlap curtains for under my kitchen sink for awhile, but just didn't know what it would look like without a farmhouse sink. Until I ran across this post here, and she didn't even have a farmhouse sink either. I ran to the store and picked up some burlap and a rod.
