I wanted to try this new pizza dough recipe out and wanted start freezing my pizza's made up. I used this recipe here. It was very easy to make and I let mine rise for about 1hr. I got two pizza crust out of this recipe. I cooked one and froze the other one. Here's how it turned out, and it was yummy too! I plan on making several more up and freezing them, so I can just pull one out of the freezer and cook it. You can go here and read about how to freeze your pizzas.
