Fried Apples


Easy Fried Apples:

EASY COUNTRY FRIED APPLES 4 apples, (any kind, but Granny Smith is best!) - Peeled and chopped 3 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar 2 tablespoons butter sprinkle of cinnamon small sprinkle of nutmeg 1/4 cup water Peel and chop apples. Melt butter in small pan. Then, add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to coat. Sautee' for 2 minutes. Add water. Let simmer/reduce for 10 minutes, stirring often. Serve along side pork! Enjoy!












we had quiche with ham egg and cheese and I served it up with the fried apples it was so yummy!



Can't believe its already half way thru the week. Its gone by so fast this week. I'm so ready for the weekend my whole family is off of work and we can actually go and hang out as a family and maybe go to the state fair starting tomorrow!
