Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Fall has finally arrived here in our area, the weather here has been cooler and some rainy, and I just love this time of year. Its that time to make some good comfy foods and so homemade yummy desserts/treats. So I kicked it off with some good ole Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, one of my old time favorites. I will be showing you step by step how I made these yummy treats.

Here are the ingredients you will need for the cookies
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup raisins

Preheat Oven @

Combine Butter, Sugar, and Brown Sugar together

Next add eggs and vanilla and mix

Then add flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and mix again til everything is mixed well.

Last add in the oatmeal and raisins and mix one last time.

This is how it should look when its all mixed together

Place cookies on a greased pan and bake @ 375 for 10-12mins or until brown

Here's the cookies out of the oven cooling.

Hope you are getting some good weather where you are.
Happy Weekend to you all.
